Refund policy

Elite Bio Performance ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Titan Production Group LLC, ships high-value, oversized recovery equipment. Our return and refund policy reflects the realities of freight logistics and the cost of moving 100–500+ lb equipment. We are committed to clear, transparent terms.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged (with damage documented on the freight Bill of Lading per our Mandatory Freight Inspection Policy) or is manufacturer-defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elitebioperformance.com.

We will coordinate a replacement at no cost to you, including return freight if necessary. We handle the entire claims process with the carrier and manufacturer on your behalf.

Mandatory Freight Inspection

All freight deliveries must be inspected before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Note any visible damage on the BOL and take timestamped photographs before accepting the shipment.

If you sign for a shipment without noting visible damage, Elite Bio Performance cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or freight claim for transit-related damage. This protects both you and us by allowing us to file a successful freight claim with the carrier.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused, unassembled products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • 25% restocking fee. This fee covers return freight coordination, inspection, repackaging, and restock processing for oversized equipment.
  • Buyer pays return shipping. We will coordinate the return freight pickup and provide you with the cost before proceeding.
  • Original packaging required. Products that have been assembled, installed, used, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Full refund minus a 3% administrative fee to cover non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your payment was processed.

After shipment: Subject to the 25% restocking fee plus return freight costs, as the product is already in transit or delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been assembled or installed
  • Products returned without complete original packaging
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

We will always clearly disclose non-returnable status before you complete your purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days.
