Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We ship high-value, oversized equipment — not shoe boxes. Every shipment is coordinated for safe, professional delivery. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Freight (Free on orders over $3,000) — Ships via LTL freight carrier to your curbside. Typical transit: 5–12 business days depending on location and manufacturer ship point.

White Glove Delivery (Starting at $299) — Professional delivery team brings equipment inside your home to the room of your choice. Includes liftgate, inside placement, and packaging removal. Recommended for all saunas, hyperbaric chambers, and cold plunge systems over 200 lbs.

Threshold Delivery — Carrier delivers to first covered, dry area (garage, covered patio). Included at no additional charge with most orders.

MANDATORY: Freight Inspection at Delivery

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY ARRIVES

All orders shipped via freight are subject to our Mandatory Freight Inspection Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Inspect all packaging at the time of delivery before signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL). Look for punctures, crushing, water damage, or any visible irregularity.
  • If ANY damage is visible, note it on the BOL in detail (e.g., "dent on left side of crate, torn shrink wrap on pallet corner"). Take timestamped photos of all damage before accepting the shipment.
  • If damage is severe, you have the right to refuse the shipment entirely. Write "REFUSED — DAMAGED" on the BOL.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and a description of the issue. We will coordinate the replacement claim directly with the carrier and manufacturer.

Why this matters: Once a freight delivery is signed for without damage noted, the carrier's liability is significantly reduced. Noting damage on the BOL protects both you and us.

If you sign for a shipment without noting visible damage, Elite Bio Performance cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for transit-related damage.

Returns, Cancellations & Restocking

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged (and damage was noted on the BOL) or is manufacturer-defective, contact us within 48 hours. We handle the entire replacement process at no cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • 25% Restocking Fee: Due to the high cost of freight logistics for oversized equipment, a 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. This covers return shipping coordination, inspection, and repackaging.
  • Return Shipping: Return freight costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Condition: Product must be in original, unopened packaging. Assembled, installed, or used products are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment: Full refund minus a 3% administrative fee. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Orders cancelled after shipment: Subject to the 25% restocking fee plus return freight costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order products, products that have been assembled or installed, and products returned without original packaging are final sale. We will always clearly indicate at the time of purchase if an item is non-returnable.
