Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. Elite Bio Performance is an authorized dealer for every brand on our site. You receive full manufacturer warranties, authentic products, and direct manufacturer support.
What is your return policy?
Damaged or defective products are replaced at no cost (report within 48 hours with BOL documentation). Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days on unopened products, subject to a 25% restocking fee and buyer-paid return freight. Cancelled orders incur a 3% administrative fee. Why is there a 25% restocking fee?
Our products weigh 100–500+ lbs and ship via freight carriers. A return involves coordinating pickup, inspection, repackaging, and return freight — costs that are substantial on oversized equipment. The 25% fee covers these logistics. We'd rather be transparent upfront than hide these costs.
Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We are a 100% cash-pay retailer. We do not bill insurance. Some customers have successfully used HSA/FSA funds with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their provider. We provide itemized receipts to support your claim.
How long does shipping take?
Most products ship within 3–7 business days from the manufacturer's US warehouse. Freight delivery typically arrives 5–12 business days after shipment. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships, and the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
Do I need a prescription for a hyperbaric chamber?
No. The mild hyperbaric chambers we carry operate at 1.3–1.5 ATA and are classified as personal wellness devices. No prescription is required for purchase or personal use. If you're considering HBOT for a specific medical condition, we recommend consulting your physician.
Can I talk to someone before buying?

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through approved third-party providers on qualifying orders. Apply at checkout with no impact to your credit score for prequalification.
Do you install the equipment?
Most of our products are designed for straightforward home setup. Saunas require basic assembly (1–2 hours, no specialized tools). Cold plunges and red light panels are plug-and-play. Hyperbaric chambers inflate and are ready for use in minutes. White Glove Delivery places the unit in your room of choice.
